Futura Data Recruitment is a search and selection recruiter, specialising in finding data and analytics professionals. We’re highly experienced, highly focused and highly successful. We find better people in less time. How? Because at least 80% of applicants aren’t right for any advertised role, companies spend a great deal of time sifting through dozens – or hundreds – of CVs, to find the few people who are actually suited the job. We cut through all of that, by headhunting the best people and shortlisting the frontrunners.

Why we’re different
We believe that most recruiters have a flawed approach to finding people. They put forward too many people who simply aren’t good enough matches to the job role or company culture. They grab the low-hanging fruit from job boards and LinkedIn, people who are actively seeking work. We also know that by far and away the biggest percentage of the best people aren’t looking for work. They’re at the top of their game, well paid and looked after. To hire the best, it’s vital to look harder.
